Our flag is at half-mast to honour the life of Emery Chartand, Grade 11 IEWSS student, who passed away on February 17.
Emmy was a kind and loyal friend. She loved sharing her gifts through her leadership role on the Indigenous Student Forum. Her voice had an impact and inspired others. She always led with humour and a twinkle in her eye. She will be greatly missed by all.
Our thoughts and prayers are with the family during this tremendously difficult time.
