Math - Group Five (Diploma students must choose one.)

MCR3U MUST BE TAKEN IN GRADE 10 IN ORDER TO SELECT IB MATH FOR SCIENCES 

This two-year course meets the expectations of its Ontario components. This is an appropriate course for students entering Math or Science programs at university. As part of the IB Diploma, this course is widely considered one of the best university preparation courses in the world.

Prerequisite: MCR3U
This pathway may be followed as part of a group three or four IB Courses (Package Option 1) or as an element of the full diploma.

This course is designed for students who are not planning to study math or science at university. This two-year course meets the expectations of its Ontario components. This is an appropriate course for students entering humanities and social studies programs at university. As part of the IB Diploma, this course contributes to a well-rounded curriculum that is an excellent university preparation program.

Prerequisite: MPM2DR, MPM2DB (60% for diploma students; 65% for certificate students)
